Sorry to everyone I'm watching, I haven't commented on anything for about a month now, and I probably won't be giving all that many in the near future, at least until I figure out how to get myself more free time.

WaterThe wind is asleep. The rain and the sea and the snow are asleep, and only the sun is awake. It is free to crack the earth, shrivel the crops, dry the wells and drive the village mad with thirst. The actual animation i had to tone right down,for a simple ID it was getting way out of hand. Originally it was more like a oval music box and the lid lifted off to reveal the sky but as you say,even in cut down form the animation added something to it that i was prepared to sacrifice a drop down to 256 colours just to have that.
The trees i pretty much used to same technique i always have,and yeah i do tend to get carried away in terms of their form. The moves away from where branches should be is deliberate,but certainly i should probably rein that in a bit.
I put my character in there even though technically that's the old colours of spheres that were on my previous avatar. Someone close to me didn't understand how this represented me,but i'm glad someone noticed the paintings/colour/nature idea. I do feel it represents my art,for the moment at least.
And on your last point,it was originally called 'My world' so you hit that nail on the head too!
